Dancing with Flowers-Hero Arts

 Hi today I have a few cards which I have used this (CG266-dancing with flowers ) repeatedly to create these cards.All stamps are from Hero Arts.

It all started with this card at the top.I enjoyed mixing and layering different background stamps,I like this college look,I just kept the colours simple-orange and brown tones.Stamps used CG266-Dancing with Flowers (for all 3 cards),S4878-old writing,S5471Large Flower Pattern.S5472 Daisy Outline Pattern,CG251 Small solid Flowers and CG250 Small open Flower.Text from CG277 Friends and Treasures.Have embellished with Hero arts Sunshine Print flowers and one fabric flower from my stash,leaves from Quickutz,have used Martha Stewart daisy boarder punch and added gold liquid pearls.

For the next card,I wanted to add colours , so I stamped many of this CG270-Flower Bird Garden,cut them up and placed them together.( like a jigsaw puzzle)the blue piece is slightly raised with foam dots.Have seen many people using this stamp CG291 Three dotted Flowers, to create layered flowers .Love how it turned out so pretty,I have made one too!Have also used them to decorate the cover and the inside of my card.( they look like orange slices).Text are from CL493 Live Life (Love the text,so lively) CG276 Things ( a good set to have too! ) Have send this card for my locals store -JDA(Junior the Artist)-hero arts Challenge. The theme was silhouette stamp.

 For this card I wanted a it to be just one tone PINK its a zig-zag card co - created by Jennifer and Shari,which Jennifer showed in her Hero Hues Video.( I remember seeing a video of how they came out with this zig-zag card,a year or two years ago.)

Anyway back to this card ,I have used kissing technique ,with dancing with flowers and S5507 Envelope pattern.Have also kissed S5471Large Flower Pattern with S4878-old writing .Have used CG291 Three dotted Flowers, to create layered flowers and randomly stamped to decorate the background of the inside of the card.Have used  F4280 daisy lace (not sure if its retired or not) and a thin ribbon and some e-line pearls to embellish the card.Text from CL493 Live Life and CL380 Truly Appreciated.Will be sending this card for Hero Arts 50 grand challenge over at flicker.

 This card I want to send in for The Daily Marker Challenge,I had fun making this card .Playing with these colours was a challenge for me as I like to have some pink in my cards.But it was fun! The cover turn out rather plain ..but when you open the card.....

Surprise ! there is Mimi at a cafe in Paris with lots of flowers and viewing the Eiffel tower!Have used paper piecing technique for Mimi's hat,hair ,coffee and saucer , the Eiffel tower and the butterfly on the cover.

Love this (30-071)Mimi in Paris set!Have used almost all accept for the fairy Mimi and the doggy...soon I will be using them.In my future card!

Will also send this in for Penny black 's weekly challenge paperpiecing .

Fleur Anya Spring Themed

Hi everyone, here's another card I have made yesterday and completed with all the embellishment, bling, ribbon and every thing else... today.I love how it turn out , so ... Spring and Cheerful ! Had a hard time choosing the ribbon for this card ,cause there is so many colours on the card, already.The border punch is from EK ,just brought it,love the design.Oh, notice the bling/gems on the upper left corner,have also added some gems randomly,somehow I feel it needs some bling to complete the look. Fleur Anya is so sweet with light blue and pink dress. I glossy accented the pink top and added glitter on the light blue bottom of her dress.Have added glitter to the center of the flowers and glossy accented the pink petals,decided to colour her hair in a dark brown/blueish colour ,looks black in the picture.Love those smiling flowers! from Sunshine kit.The look so adorable , had to have them on the cover!

I have also added more smiling flowers on the inside of  the card,can you see them peeping at you!?The text Giggling......is also from Sunshine kit too.

Mimi in paris

Hi here's another card, sending it in  for Simon Says Stamp Challenge Coffee and cream + DT call and Penny Black's weekly challenge -paper piecing.

This is another coffee and cream theme card I am playing with.Just got this Penny Black -30-071 mimi in Paris isn't she cute!with the little barrette .Have also used some older stamps  and 1422L Checkered Rose Frame.
I stamped Checkered Rose Frame and cut a window ,wanted to have a peek at what's Mimi is doing?I stamped another of CRF and painted with TH-distress inks,old paper,tea dye and walnut stain and added some shimmer paint too.Then cut and glue the leaves,added foam dots to the roses and Eiffel tower.Added this trim-(which looks like a gate or fence,love it !)added a ribbon at the bottom too.Used gems to create a corner deco for the card,have also added a pearl butterfly.

 

As for the inside of the card,I used the flower in (Mimi in Paris set)repeatedly stamping it  to create a background .Stamped and coloured a few to decorate too.Mimi and poodle was painted with the same distress inks,added a little pearl to her ribbon on her hat.The (just for you) is from 30-009 clearly in love,
( spoil yourself from )30-012 bubbly.The paper used is My mind's eye - the spider's web,one side has spiders the other has some dots. I added glossy accents to the dots.Cardstocks from DCWV.

  Hi blogger's! here's a quick post of a card for Just Magnolia Challenge - Love You ! Have used Magnolia with rose ( she's so sweet!)and wedding rose arch and DCWV paper.I have used watercolour to paint her, I like the little dots on her dress! Flowers are handmade even the little one on her hair.

Cheeky Rockabilly tag/card

  Hi everyone I have a happy news to share, One of my card has been chosen by The Greeting Farm for Mystery Monday Cases,So Happy! Its a card using Edward,and my favourite paper from Basic Grey!Thanks for choosing my card! Happy ,happy...........smiling all day long  : )

I have recently made some tags, and had alot of fun .This is one of them Will be showing you more of them later. I have used this tag to make a tag/card for TGF's Challenge ~Terrifically Texturized FFF.Had great fun making it,There's alot of fibers , a ribbon (both my stash) ,boarder punch  ( Martha Stewart's hearts,daises ) ,and embossing of flowers ( quickuts). the tiara is some stickers I got free from a local store,there is some (Eline pearls) clear gems,heart gems ( my stash).The rose is a recycled item( from my slippers)have added to the center of the rose, a pearl brad from(Creative imaginations),love the colours of this rose.Have used paper from (Crate Paper ~ Restoration Collection) I have used Cheeky Rockabilly again and the text is from Spotlight ( both from The Greeting Farm aka TGF ).There is glossy accents added on to her cloths and shoes,but it did not show up in the picture..Have also used Hero Arts(CG245 Classic Fabric Design )to stamp on the card.On the tag ,I have also Tim Holtz's stamps for the background. And Miss Rockabilly is sitting an a Magnolia's couch!  She's wearing a a brown veil, cause she has some blemish on her face,LOL ( don't know why ...after painting her I notice she has a spot on her face,didn't want to waste it( the painted Rockabilly picture) ....Luckily, I found this gorgeous rose lace thingy ( form Prima) and added it on her!Love how it turns out!She looks so Glam.

Magnolia love

Hi today, I have a short post. This card uses Magnolia down under sketch,I have used pinks and light blues, yellow and cream for my colours.Have made 2 embellishment to hold a ribbon -like a swing for her to sit on.Glossy accents some part of her clothes. Papers is from DCWV.
